Description:
Duties and Job Expectations Full compliance with all employee safety and food safety laws, regulations and rules of ADM,DBA Golden Peanut & Tree Nuts Conduct quality control checks on random samples of product to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are being met Conduct quality control checks throughout the plant and throughout the shift to monitor processes, security, food safety and employee safety Inspect, monitor and document packaged product weight, packaging quality, label accuracy, and case quantity to ensure the final product meets our quality standards and customer specifications Quality control checks are done by standing at a shaker table and visually inspecting shelled pecans of various sizes as they pass on the table Complete and submit accurate and legible documentation on schedule. Report any quality issues to the Supervisor so they may be addressed; including rejecting product that is not meeting standards or specifications Keep pace with plant production without compromising quality, food safety or employee safety Clean and sanitize work area, machinery and tools which may require the use a staircase ladder Ability to: Maintain standing position at a shaker table for longer periods of time no leaning on the table Focus on the moving product without becoming dizzy or nauseated Maintain eye contact with the product on the table without being distracted No conversations with other employees while performing job duties of quality check Properly use all required personal protective equipment Become familiar with and adhere to all employee safety and food safety guide lines Willing to follow and maintain all sanitation procedures.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
